My family and I stopped at Cuevas for dinner. We were seated and our waitress took our order, promptly. We received our appetizers and drinks in less than 5 minutes. She kept our drinks topped off and checked on us often. The entrees were hot and fresh! This was the cleanest restaurant we have ever been in.
We ate at Cuevas last night and as usual it was great!!! I just had the grilled shrimp garden salad, and there we sooo many shrimp!!! But I think my favorite is the hushpuppies, crispy on the outside, soft delicious on the inside!!! And the rear entrance and back parking lot are FABULOUS!!!
Well worth the drive to Purvis, Mississippi, on any day of the week. Im not sure if theyre open every day, but if I lived closer, itll easily be my decision to dine here as much as possible. Job well done to the folks here!
Just finished eating and havent even left the restaurant before I felt I had to get on here to leave this review! This place is amazing!! The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is unbelievable. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect. My first experience with family meal to go. Perfect. Delicious. I forgot how much i love their hush puppies. The fish fillets, coleslaw, fries, tartar sauce and Gallon of sweet tea consistently great, over 40 years of Cuevas fans. Love yall
We had my sons rehearsal dinner at Cuevas Fish House and it was amazing! Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the service was the very best!!! Such a great option for the dinner!!! Everyone was so easy to work with and so very sweet!
Outstanding! The coleslaw and hush puppies were brought out with out ordering or asking, its a courtesy. The cat fish is fresh daily. The fried oysters are amazing and everything is brought out in record time with all the fixings. Prices are wonderful.
